With Stardust Event Design you only pay when you receive your order so you can be sure it's exactly how you've pictured it. However, if any inconveniences occur, a full or partial refund is available upon reporting the issue. 

All helium filled balloons, cupcakes and cakepops will be delivered personally by us in order to avoid any disapointments. You can also choose to pick up you order from Barking if this suits you better. All other orders will be delivered by post using standard shipping within 3-5 working days.
